Our Management, Development and Sustainable Growth policies are based on the principles of respect for the environment, constant modernization of our work teams and strict compliance with current regulations on Occupational Risk Prevention.
Part of these commitments are embodied in our Quality and Environment policy.

WITH SUSTAINABILITY

JOSE JAREÑO S.A. has been certified with the standards 9.001 and 14.001 its Quality and Environmental Management System with the entity AENOR since the year 2000. This allows us to assure suppliers and customers our commitment with the quality control of materials and with the environmental performance of our activities.

We also have end-of-waste certification for copper shot according to EU Regulation no. 715/2013 establishing criteria for determining when copper scrap ceases to be waste pursuant to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

TO ENHANCE SUSTAINABILITY

JOSÉ JAREÑO, S.A. makes continuous investments in environmental improvements of its impacts. It has installed four hydrocarbon separators, two radioactivity gates, a dust extraction and filtering system, and has solar panels in all its warehouses in El Puig.

We are active members of the main national associations in the sector, FER (Spanish Federation of Recovery and Recycling) and SIGRAUTO (Spanish Association for the Environmental Treatment of End-of-Life Vehicles) and we are also part of the BIR (Bureau of International Recycling).
